Only when we went back the second time, did the lady be more helpful and actually sent out paperwork forward for processing. I am unsure how the government can owe you money and don't pay you until they feel like it. But when you owe them money they threaten garnished wages, and taking food out your families mouth.

They didn't submit our paperwork, we are owed money a substantial amount. So we have to wait another 6-8 weeks for out refund. This is the worst service I have ever received.
