Drive through this morning. Long wait. Confused staff. Put sugar in my coffee (only wanted milk). Bagel warm but not toasted. No napkins or knife for my cream cheese. Called store at number listed on google search but no answer.
I go here because it's right by my work and they get my simple order wrong EVERYTIME. I wish there were more dunkins around here because this one is horrible. They're always rude too.
Grabbed a light snack and coffee with my three kids and my sister-in-law. Experienced excellent service at this location. Went back the next afternoon and they remembered our orders from the previous day. Awesome!
This place SUCKS. Big time.
