Had no change so slide my card just to vacuum! The monitor said $2.60 checked my account have been billed for $10. I will never go back here! I hope they get shut down that's stealing.
The "free $10 wash" for downloading the app is a LIE! I went and tried to redeem mine & there were signs posted with specific instructions. I followed closely & absolutely nothing happened. The app didn't communicate with the wash at all.
Could be clearner.. vacuums don't have very powerful suction

I would like a refund but no number to call signs posted but no number on the sign How do I get in touch with someone about my complaint?! On top of that my car did not get clean ! I've been going here for months. Yesterday I got a BASIC $6 wash yet they charged my card $10. No number to call for customer service. No attendant for my $4 back. Nothing. I will NOT be returning and I'm warning everyone that it steals their money!!
