I have been a customer of Brad's for over 10 years. They are super nice friendly folks who will go out of their way for you. My car and home insurance has gone down over the past two years and their price was the lower than other insurance to start with.
When the tornado hit they gave me $12 to fix a broken window. Just the parts to fix it myself cost $26. That was just the start of the underpayout amount. Then when we moved and they found out our home was vacant - even though we had a close neighbor watching it they cancelled on us. Now they have a new billing system and once again THEIR MISTAKE is costing me again - they have cancelled my car insurance on both cars. I have an EXCELLENT CREDIT rating - so its not like they are not getting their money. You can not depend on them in a pinch and you have to fight tooth and nail to get any REAL damage claims out of them. Just thought you should know. I have only dealt with the VINEVILLE branch but it is a Company and policy is prob the same everywhere. GOOD LUCK!!!
