I am disabled and they won't provide wheelchair height assessable dryer that they are required by ADA law to have. They don't have wheelchair height folding table. They don't provide fold up chairs to sit down on and only have concave benches that are not a flat surface and it causes by legs to go numb and I get a pinched nerve sitting down. They don't have a vending card machine at wheelchair height. The employees refuse to help the disabled people. The employees refuse to stop people parking in the handicapped assess aisle. The handicapped parking spaces are so far apart that they are supposed to be individually marked with assess aisle on BOTH sides of the parking spaces. The employees won't help with getting the disabled a cart for their laundry. Splash and dash since their machines are not handicapped assessable by law should have to supply folding chairs and grab sticks for disabled. This is not a good laundry mat for the disabled people.
Big clean comfortable atmosphere. If you don't know anything about coin laundry this is not the place to go. Attendant spends most of her time outside in a car.
You have to have a card to use the machines. They cost a dollar to buy. The machines are oddly and overly priced. It's like they set it up for you to have money left over on your card unless you put the exact amount of money on it. But it's clean with good hours.
I always love this place because I can go there, it's never too crowded and it's modern with tv, cards, and an onsite person who knows their job. Most laundromat are old school and use coins. I even lost my card once and they were able to recover it and reissue a new one with my points intact. Thanks.
Good place to wash clothes. The only down side is the buggers that come around asking for money. The staff is friendly.
