Kyle Krejci isn't a bad lawyer, I will say he is busy and often isn't as Intentive as could be. He did his job, and did it well. He has other clients and we understood that, at the end of the day. He did everything we asked and you can't expect anymore then that. We are grateful for his work.
Also when I called once I could hear his assistant (who clearly thought she had put me on hold but hadn't) say she's on the phone AGAIN what do you want me to tell her this time? and then I could hear his response which was equally unimpressive
Kyle was supposed to help me get my daughter's last name changed, I paid him and pushed to have the process done. He filed the papers in the wrong county and then when her father finally decided to take me to court (which was months after I started the process) the name change was thrown out the window and Kyle never even contacted me again. He couldn't answer all of my questions regarding the process and then did it wrong. Now I'm out $800 and my daughter still has her father's last name.
