My experience was a slow moving line and I was disappointed with my sandwich. I may need to try this place one more time....I tried it because I heard good things about their sandwiches, but that wasn't my experience. This place is over rated in my opinion.....but, I am.open to give it another try....
Well I thought I would never find a cheesesteak like the ones I used to get in Florida then I found Jersey Mikes! Their subs are awesome fresh ingredients, best cuts of meat an the trimmings for everyone's taste. The staff are super! Every time I've been they all are so welcoming even when there's a line to the door. I love they have a rewards card, earn free subs can't go wrong there. Stop buy an try one after shopping a The Shops at Rivers a crossing. Love this place!
I made an order online and I forgot to uncheck all of the stuff I did not want on the sandwich. So the store made the sandwich I ordered, but not what I wanted. Having had a rough day, I complained. They showed me what I ordered. Felt like a fool. They offered to remake the sandwich as I wanted and they did. They went above and beyond to make me happy and I appreciated it. The customer service at this store is the best. The food is yummy too. What more can you ask?
Never been to jersey mike's before. Went in on a recommendation, and was throughly surprised with how clean and nice it was inside. The staff was friendly and when I ordered they cut the meat just for my sandwich. This is a fantastic sub joint. Good quality, good service, clean building. Who needs subway when jersey mike's exist!
I order from Jersey Mike's Online and pick up the food on the way home from work. Our order is always ready at the time I designate on the website. The food is well worth the money.
