This is my favorite place in the whole world. As a little girl I played in the fountains and Mt dream is to get married there. I actually took some modeling pictures there when I was in high school. Love it.
Great old park in the middle of Macon. Been coming here since I was a kid. No playground equipment, but plenty to keep the kid's imaginations working. Lot's of hills and shade among huge Magnolia, palm and other trees. Stone and concrete water feature snakes throughout the park, however, it usually has some garbage in it. Still a local favorite after over 30 years.
This is a relaxing park. There is no playground. We have made boats and raced them in the water. The yearly Soapbox Derby that is held here is wonderful!! This is a great place for Senior, Family or Wedding photos.
