The storage is clean and easy to access. The only concern I have is that the agent stated that we have access to the storage even after it is closed. This is correct, however, she did not specify that after 10:00 pm you can not access the storage. In other words, this is not 24 hours access. It is limited access. Other than that I would have given 5 starts.
We moved from a large house to a much smaller house for a year and had to find a storage facility. We used Super Storage. It met all of our needs. We recently moved into a bigger house and moved all of our belongings. Everything was in excellent condition. We could not have asked for a better experience.
Super Storage in Macon, GA was everything you could want in a storage facility; clean, quiet, respectful tenants and great managers. Price was extremely reasonable. Insurance is available as well as automatic withdrawal if you do not want to be burdened with making monthly payments manually. Sharon is especially great to work with. Read the agreement and follow the rules and you won't have a problem.. I didn't have any issues and I'd definitely use this place again.
