It's a clean store however there is one employee and every time I go she is rude and because of that I will NEVER buy anything there. Until I see she is fired I won't support them. Go to Noah's Ark or Macon Pets. Helpful and friendly staff. Plus they're selection is bigger.
These rude ass girls complained because I wanted to hold more than one puppy. They kept giving me dirty looks and snapped on me about 5 times while I was there. I'm honestly so pissed that I only got to hold two puppies out of 8 that were freaking there!!!!!!!! THERE WAS 8 FREAKING RABBITS IN ONE LITTLE CAGE!!!!!!!! DON'T GO HERE AND PROTEST

Pet Land Inc. is one of the cleanest pet stores I have ever been in. The employees that work there are extremely helpful! I have bought several small animals and fish from here and have been happy with my purchases ever since. They are truly hard working individuals that take care of each and every animal in their store. If you have a question or a concern they are always right there to help you or fix the issue at hand. I have learned that THIS Pet Land Inc. is NOT apart of the Petland franchise that some people believe. The puppies always seem to be in a happy and playful mood everytime my family and I walk through the door. I will personally keep buying all of my future family members from your store. Keep up the amazing work that you all do Pet Land Inc.
The puppies are cute. The worker I talked to was really rude. I just walked out.
I have purchased a Pomeranian from this location back in Feb of 2015. When I made a visit to the store on 6/17/17 I asked to hold a Hound and I was denied because I wasn't buying. I feel that completely defeats the point. It's a pet store I would like to pet and love on the animal to understand it's temperament. I want to ensure that this is the animal I want. Long story short..... I felt that was very rude!!!! Seeing as how I have bought bunnies, fish and dogs from the same store I should not have been denied the right to hold the animal.
