My pup goes to daycare here every day. Not only is he tired when he comes come from playing all day, but he absolutely loves the people that work there! He gets so excited when it's time to go in the morning. The staff is friendly and they care about your pet just like you do!
I absolutely love these guys. I have been going to them since they opened. They do a wonderful job and my dog does not act drugged when I pick her up. The last place I took her for grooming when I picked her up she was lethargic for 2 days. I wouldn't go anywhere else but here.
We've been coming here for 3 years and absolutely love Larry and Kyle. It's the only shop that has not traumatized my shih tzu mix. He is a difficult pup but these guys (especially Kyle) do a fantastic job of getting the best cut, and doing exactly what I needed done. Thanks Showtime!
BEWARE!!!! Do not use these groomers! I am only giving it one star because I have to. I took my beautiful Cavalier King Charles Spaniel to them and they shaved her bald!!! She had beautiful long ears and perfect feathers and they cut it all off! She will never grow back to what she was. They ruined her coat! They then proceeded to make up lies that her ears were matted. We know that is a lie because we completely brush out our Cavaliers ears prior to grooming. On her card we wrote to never touch the ears or the tail as well as we stated it over and over again. They didn't even offer a refund. They charged us $50 to absolutely destroy our dog's coat.
I have been coming here for about 4 years with my Shin Tzu- they do an amazing job. She looks so beautiful. They are very nice people and they do not use "hot boxes" like other groomers (Petsmart) when drying their hair. They know are experienced and are great people! Wouldn't take my dog to anyone else! They cut the dogs in the front window of their business and aren't hiding anything from you.
