I am only giving two stars because they helped me send a few items via certified mail once, and while service was good, it took 45 minutes.

On January 21, 2017, they delivered a package. They left it in the middle of my driveway during a rain storm. So it got soaked and almost got run over. I am trying to call them now to file a complaint, but both numbers do nothing but give a busy signal and then hang up.

We're our over $250 in postage and mailers because someone didn't do their job, which is what customers of Rocky Creek have come to expect. I actually should have went with my gut and avoided addresses that needed to be serviced out of there.

Lost my package, Order was shipped out on 5/11/17, here it is 5/26/17, still no package, called for a week straight and talked to two different idiots, with the same result. "I'll call you when I contact the driver" dumb fat guy putting the wrong mail in the wrong boxes, Guess someone else is wearing the things I ordered, and I'm out of $100

I have been waiting for a package. between UPS and post office my package is just setting someplace because someone doesn't know how or just doesn't want to do their job. If info is incorrect of illegible it is your job to contact the business the package has been shipped from to get the information so the package can be shipped. my package has been sitting on the shelf sence August 11, 2017 9:07am. I shouldn't have to run down information between UPS and the post office to find out where my package . On top of that be kept waiting on the phone for almost an hour to speek with someone to verify if you even have my package on site. you get paid good money to do a job. I know a lot of people in need of a good paying job who will be more than happy to go to work

If it was just this and not the frequent mis-deliveries we get of other people's mail, some not even on our street, I would not given one-star. But when is this going to be improved? We have no issues with any other PO.

Dropped a bulk order and paid for it by check. Check was cashed, bulk order was never delivered. several days later we check and find they never credited 2/3 of our orders and just held it without notifying us.
