I strongly advise against using this company. Paid QSR $300 to repair a leaky roof which they said was due to some unsealed nails. Repair was supposed to involve applying silicon to the area of the roof where the leak occurred. Contractor spend approx. 15 minutes performing these "repairs". When next heavy rain occurred, roof was still leaking in same place. Contacted the company and was told contractor would be sent out to look at issue. I called them back a few days later after hearing nothing and was told they were trying to find out which contractor performed the repairs to send them back out. A week later still heard nothing and left two messages to follow up on repairs and have not had heard back from the company. Opened a BBB complaint against them.
Loved this Roofing company very polite staff. Answered every question I had. Did a fantastic job. I would recommend to everyone.
