I own a 2002 CVO Road King. Needless to say that I have needed repair parts and maintenance items. No matter how large or small the need, these two guys have been great. They always take the time to look my bike up on the computer and allow me to look at the screen to make sure that we get the correct parts. Usually the parts are in stock, but on the rare occasions that they were not, they helped me arrange shipping or pickup. They are both very knowledgeable and share tips when they can. These guys are a true asset for your dealership. Keep up the good work.

Courteous, professional, and prompt... I did not have an appointment, but dropped my bike off on Friday for its 5000 mile service and an issue with the fuel cap. Tyler took my bike in and filled out some paperwork for me to sign with directions that it should be ready the following day. I received a phone call earlier than expected on Saturday stating that it was ready for pick up. I've never had a bad experience at this dealership. We visit this location quite often.
