Called a month in advance to place an order for a birthday on the 23rd of November and knowing it was close to a holiday I gave them a month. I was told not to place the order but just to give them 48 hours of notice. I called today (well over that time) and was told they couldn't make the cake due to having so many orders. Way to win people's business.
