The lady that is at the front desk is very smug, trying to look you up and down and figure out if you can pay, what ever they deem the appropriate price to be.
34 years and they are still in business, just means they choose who, they will respect, read: "American Express Black Card" and everyone else, is irrelevant.
I suggest not going here, I would suggest paying a couple dollars more at the dealership and having the respect a paying customer deserves; shown.
This is not a friendly establishment; unless you are going to give them carte blanche.
