Extremely disappointed. After multiple visits and spending nearly $1200 with them I have to take it as a lost. They will try to tell and sell you anything. I paid to have an oil leak fixed yet my car is leaking out oil. I was told my battery was just fine and turns out my battery has been failing. Was told to buy a part over $900 and turns out the problem with my car has been the transmission this whole time. I idled very high then broke down. I was told a lot of the things I mentioned were “normal”. Transmission hot message on the dashboard is NOT normal! I feel like a fool for continuing to trust them instead of going to my dealership the first time. Every time I was told they were sure my engine light was right back on. I should’ve listened to the other unhappy customers that told me to not deal with them. Only reason why they didn’t get 0 stars is because some of the mechanics are nice. Other than that please go to your dealership. It may cost more but at least it’ll be done right. Had to get towed to a Chevy dealer in North Carolina and they knew what the problem was before even running a diagnostic, fixed what they could and even gave me free labor after I told them my bad experience. My car ran sooooo smooth on the rest of my drive.
Great service everybody there honest and fair
I got my oil changed there and they didn't close up my undercarriage cover. I discovered it was hanging open and dragging on the ground if someone else got in the car. The screws were completely missing. You could even tell where the screws had been in place recently. There was a clean circles around the holes.
This was totally negligent.

On Friday September 8th 2017 My Wife, 5 Children and I had our van break down while evacuating out of Florida from Hurricane Irma. It took 5 hours for them to find and fix our problem. 5 hours of work, a new Caliper, brake lines bled. and 7 happy customers. After everything was said and done, We went to pay for their services and Our tab was paid for. During a time like ours, having to leave our home and not knowing if our home would still be there when we got back; this jester was a blessing. they took very good care of us. The manager even called us first thing Monday to see if we made it to our destination safely. Thanks to them we did,. I want to thank The mechanic and the manager for their hard work and dedication for our families safe trip. if the owner sees this please tell them that our family is in debt to them. They could have taken advantage of our need and charged us an arm and a leg... but they didn't. It is good to know there are good people on this earth. I cant say enough as to how much we appreciate what they did. Thank you again. with more to come.
