This company is not military friendly at all. The one thing you look to expect to happen is for them to communicate clearly when a customer calls. I definitely would utilize this company as a last resort should you ever find yourself in an emergency. They didn't call or coordinate my lockout and cancelled it. This would be my last resort if you utilize them through AT&T roadside assurance or any service provider. If your service provider informs you that they'll be coming to assist you don't hold your breath and change it out as fast as you can. You've been warned.
