Dr. Clark is wonderful! Myself and my children are patients of his. This is a plus because I can make all of our appointments at the same time. I also love that when you call to make an appointment they are very prompt. All of my appointments made are usually within two days!!! I recommend him all the time ☺
Appt at 12, got seen at 145. Staff were okay. Dentist was in and out didn't stay or talk afterwards.. Good dentist I guess.
This place is a joke they wanted to pull 7 of my husband's teeth and only give him tramadol for pain. I'm sure anyone who has taken tramadol knows that it barely help mold pain. So he switched dentist offices and when we went to get his x rays from Clark they said it would be $150 for a copy. Such a rip off I do not recommend this office.
Loved Dr.Clark. He was always really professional. There was also a really nice receptionist who would go out of her way to check on things for me. However--the service on just about every other front was bad. I don't know if they have bad staff turnover or what--but I saw a new hygienist every time. Sometimes, the staff would be very short with you and it came off rude. Also, I had to have a root canal and they had to re-order my cap 3 different times because of their mistake. I had to go a few weeks with an ill-fitting temporary cover. I was miserable. Once the cap was wrong, the second time the hygienist filed the cap down too far, so it no longer fit my tooth. The third time she couldn't put it in and Dr. Clark had to do it himself. I told them that the only way I'd return is if Dr.Clark did ALL my procedures himself. I really didn't want to find a new office but I was at the point that I would have anxiety any time I went to that office.
The whole experience was nothing less than " Professional." The assistants and hygienes were very respectable and very knowledgeable of their profession. I would recommend anyone to come and see Dr. Clark.
