The cashier in the picture literally walked off when I put my clothes on her register. She had been flirting with an older guy in front of me. After giving him his bag, she left me standing at her register. Used to be such a good store. But now the staff is totally different, unprofessional & full of attitude. I can only imagine what's happened to the mgmt here. So sad...it's just a matter of time I guess. We'll probably keep going up to Tanger Outlet or Warner Robins instead of here.
We visited the MAC cosmetics section. We were helped by a wonderful employee named Neka. She had an excellent attitude, smile and personality. She was very attentive to my wife, answered every question and provided great customer service. I don't wear makeup but if I did I would want Neka to help me. Great Job! If the company is looking to promote someone I recommend Neka.
CJ does an excellent job at the Lancome counter. She matches you perfectly when seeking new foundation. She listened to my concerns and gave me exactly what I couldn't find at other locations.
