Took an expensive watch to them to replace the battery. First time the battery had been replaced. I watched in horror as he took a knife and took off the back. Then when I complained that he'd marred the finish of the enameled case lied and said it was already that way. I should have called the cops on them.
Maybe they actually sent someone to school to learn this trade since I was there. Or maybe we now have a regularly scheduled flight to the moon. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Worse than bad tradesmen. Stands there, damages your watch in front of your eyes and then lies about it and says, "oh, it was already that way." No way would I ever use them again for anything other than a diaper removal service since they seem to be so good at shoveling that sort of stuff. Hope they go out of business before they take many more people.
Then ignoring my protests tried to marvel at the watch I was wearing. Take only junk to them as that's what you'll get back, plus the bill.
