I am giving this place NO STARS to represent that they don't even deserve 1 star (the one star is on here for the sake of Google not letting me post my comment without shading in at least 1 star)!! From the busted #1-877### to the direct contact with the employees. Brianna Barnes, has done nothing and i mean nothing to deserve the paycheck that she gets from this agency! I have caught her in so many lies that she even hung up on me because she had no recourse to dispute my statements to her. She acts as if she is personally giving monies to clients and then she had the NERVE to give my family a 'courtesy of $50' even though my family's monetary computations would have given us far more than that amount. I believe that they are in some kind of 'deal' with some of the employees associated with Trace Staffing here in Georgia. The reason that i believe this is because Ms. Barnes claimed that she lowered my family's allotted SNAP monies to $16.00 EVEN AFTER SHE HAD KNOWLEDGE THAT THERE HAD BEEN A SERIOUS FINANCIAL CHANGE REPORTED. Further, she kept saying that her computers read that there was a household member who was still listed under another company that i found out was affiliated with Trace Staffing in Macon, Ga. and that she was had no way of contacting them and she acted as if her hands were tied. After asking her the necessary questions about who this company was, she hung up on me but not before getting extremely agitated and saying that i was arguing with her. I later Googled that alleged company and low and behold, it was another staffing company located in Savannah, Ga. but was still under the 'Trace Staffing Services Umbrella'. It is just a 'sister company' and i believe that this is how they have been getting over on people with their benefits either by reducing them or denying them altogether.
This place is really horrible they are so slow not all the people have attitudes but most of them do like I don’t understand they need to do better
This place is horrible!!! They will falsify government documents, and force you and your children on unnecessary meds to cover them NOT DOING THERE JOBS ACCORDING TO POLICY AND PROCEDURES!! Best bet is to get the hell out of BIBB county period! They will ruin your life, especially being too poor to hire an attorney that will fight for you properly. These people are conducting legal child abductions!!!
Think of going somewhere that doesn’t know how to do there job effectively. My son is disabled by massive strokes.He recently received a letter telling him that he was no longer going to receive food stamps. He has $.53 left after he pays bills. He turned his paper work in October before the end of the month as required. Another letter from our government states he may not qualify for Medicaid Whatever is the matter with the DFCS IN BIBB COUNTY THE ONE STAR IS FOR POOR SERVICE
Horrible customer service Lady I spoke with about my child's medicaid was rude and disrespectful she told me she didn't care about my concerns and she pit mast notes about me on my Dfcs folder she hung up on me when I ask for a supervisor. I called back and she continued to forward me to voicemail
