The service is fast and the ladies are friendly. Thank you for waiting on us when we forgot a document and still gave the driving test without having to reschedule.
I processed my license renewal last May 10, 2017 around 9 am. Unfortunately, the staff at counter 10 was rude and unpleasant to deal with. She looks like she is not happy with her work and she is not accommodating at all. I was still explaining about my documents, but she was just so rude. She should learn how to do customer service and handle the clients well because we pay for every transactions we do, so deserve a good treatment from these people.
This is my second time coming to this DMV, and it has not been open! if you are not going to be open at least SAY IT somewhere so people won’t have to drive so far away !! Horrible HORRIBLE !!
Very rude counter 10 the old lady & 9 the boy the with the half pony tail needs to be fired ,They pick at ppl and then they hide behind the counter.. coward , retarded staff....DMV... fix's this NOW.. before it's to LATE..
