If I could leave zero stars I would. The technicians who came out to fix our air conditioning unit did a great job, but they need to find more efficient workers to handle the phones. The person I spoke with on the phone had a very nasty attitude and spoke with a condescending tone, and when I asked for her name she would not tell me. We unfortunately had to use Protech because the building owner uses their services, but I would never call to hire someone to fix my residential air conditioning unit. Overall just a horrible and unprofessional person answering the phones. Hopefully this time the air conditioning gets fixed once and for all, since they've been coming to "fix" it for the past 3 years.
We have used Protech for years and have had a great experience! The office staff and technicians are very nice and professional. Most recently, we had a technician on site within 2 hours of when we called. The technician was prompt in addressing the issue and even went above and beyond to clean our unit while he was on-site, which was not affiliated with the original issue. Overall, we have been very pleased with Protech!
David from ProTech Services came out to my house in a timely manner and did a fantastic job. He worked very hard and fast to fix a complicated problem. ProTech Services was by far the most knowledgeable and professional plumbing company that I've ever used. The customer service was excellent from the first initial contact through the completion of the job.
