We've had three great experiences with this company. They repaired and replaced pipes, moved & installed our new kitchen sink in our 1904 home which always poses an extra challenge. Recently our new hot water heater exploded and they came the same day. Everyone has always been friendly and helpful.
Words cannot even describe how much I hate this company. The owners Ricky and Lisa, are the two most RUDEST, and disrespectful people i have ever met in my entire life. They are all smiles, and tell you what you want to hear... until it comes down to it. Anyone with a brain can tell just how coniving this company and its workers are.
I had a bad flooded in my basement the plumbers told me that they would come back out to be with the home adjuster but they will have to call the office. The men called the office that same day and told me yes ma'am someone will be here I the morning. Now when morning came I called this company and Sandy told me that they don't operate like that and told me that they couldn't give me nothing because they just got the paper work this morning I told her why did your employees call your office in front of me and then told me someone would be here she was rude and then she hung up on me after I let her know that this was bad business. Really !! Now I have nothing to show the assessment and I payed a 136.00 for 1/2 hour .
