Visited with the intent of initiating the purchase of a $800+ firearm. Great store! However, the two salesmen at the gun counter and another customer were so engaged in their Fox News rhetoric rants that I guess neither noticed my interest and patient wait. As such, it wasn't my place to interrupt their conversation. This also led to my declining the Bluegreen promotion and passing on a couple other items that caught my eye. I'm sure all of it is available elsewhere.
I've always love Bass Pro, but today 2 employees ruined that for me! We went in spent almost $1,000 and asked one question that no one seemed to be able to answer. Finally after 30 minutes they come back with an answer which was wrong and when they were told they were wrong they walk away saying Wow and being a smartass to my husband behind his back! You know he may not have heard you but I did and I heard you loud and clear! If a manage had of overheard you, you would of lost your jobs.
Customer service was outstanding. Especially at the Hunting and Firearms department. A BIG BIG shout out to my MAN who hooked me up with the Ruger LCP for my home protection. LOVE IT! Can't wait to take my wifey to the range!!!
They have most anything you could need for your hunting or fishing trip! There is a really large aquarium inside the store that you have to see to believe! They also sell ATV's and boats!
When you work in retail you do not treat people the way you did today.... No one treated you ugly...no one raised their voice and no spoke ugly about you when you walked away because you were wrong! Not until you acted like an butt yourself!
