Always hard to find an associate. Customer service is lacking. Sat waiting at sunglass counter for 15 minutes with no help. When an associate (looked like a manage) did show up, they called for help instead of assisting is. And at 1:30 on a Sunday they had only 1 cashier and quite a long line of customers. And the bathroom was a complete mess. Second unpleasant experience in a row. Disappointed

Went in to use a reward that I received in the mail. The folding camping chair that I wanted didn't have a price tag and the sales associate waited with me while one of the managers looked it up in the system. Once we got a price, I took it to checkout where Brandon realized the draw string on the carrying case was broken. Since the chair I wanted was the only one left, he reduced the price and told me to go find something else to add with my purchase to get the full value of the reward. Thanks for the excellent customer service!
David in the firearms area was very helpful, knowledgeable and nice. He helped me buy a gun safe for my Dad's birthday. He and another gentleman helped us load it. Excellent service.
