The staff at this game stop is amazing! They're not just cashiers, they're real gamers that know their stuff and genuinely care about their customers! The only down side is that I can never get out of there in under an hour because we always end up talking games and I love it!
Literally some of the worst customer service ever. Their assistant manager Jeff messed up my preorder by putting it on another item and processed to blame it on me saying I must have told him the wrong thing. He the processes to refuse to cancel the incorrect preorder! Will NEVER do business here again!!!

Never enough staff and lines are ridiculous past 2 times I went I ended up walking out because the clerk was moving like time was standing still on top of being short staffed I will never shop here again
