Do not attempt to get. a question answered. They know nothing and I mean nothing about what they are doing not to mention I waited on the phone forever for nothing!!!

The laptop wouldn't charge so I went back to the store about 3 or 4 hours later. They checked it, gave me a new cord and I am satisfied.
I would've given them 5 stars but I could only use $400.00 on my debit card. I had to go to my bank, get the balance and come back to the store. But I understand and appreciate this safe-measure.
I was very disappointed with the service here. I drove through Macon for the Thanksgiving week going home and left my computer to be looked at and hopefully fixed. I was called on Friday and told that they were able to restore my operating system and that potentially my RAM would run a little slower. I asked if it would be okay with the RAM in the computer and was told I would be good for the time being but would eventually need to replace the RAM. When I picked up my computer on Sunday, the service rep could not get it to turn on, so he took it to the back and then brought it back out turned on. He turned it off and restarted it and it came on fine. I asked what happens when this happens to me when I get home and was told to use a key command at start-up to keep that from happening. Then the service rep was asked if this was basically a "band aid" put on my computer and that the real issue had still not been resolve, to which he responded "yes." I then asked about having the RAM replaced, but I was told that I would have to re-check my computer in and they may not be able to service it that day. I live 2 hours away from Macon, so this was not an option. I took my computer, and after not even 2 days, my computer crashed on Tuesday and will not boot-up and only boots directly into recovery mode.
I was very unsatisfied that I was told that a "band-aid" had "fixed" my computer and that I was not told when I was called that more than likely I would want the RAM replaced and/or asked if that's what I would like the technicians to do so that my computer would be fixed. Bad all around service and no real fixes in my opinion. Your much better driving to an Apple Store in ATL.
Don’t waste tour time here. You’re better off driving to Atlanta. They’re going to tell you to call apple. They might mail it in to be fixed but then it still won’t work. The SIM card will be missing or something. They are understaffed. You will wait a long time and not get the answers you were looking for.
I bought a refurbished MacBook Air from them. I was assisted by a salesperson named Precious. So far so good. I saved about $200.00 compared to buying a new one.
