We talked with the owner/coordinator concerning flowers and set up along with catering reception.......She was provided a photo of just exactly what we wanted and told us it was no problem......The day before the wedding we opened the hall so they could bring in materials and set up for reception. The day of the wedding, what materials they had to set up at alter was minimal, they forgot the candle arbors and had to go back to another town to get them, there were flowers but none of the greenery in the photo they were provided with. The owner/coordinator was no where to be found.....her employees had no clue of how the alter was to be arranged, the brides sister and a friend had to arrange the alter. Grandmother corsages were missing, flower girl flowers were missing. One of the foods for the reception had been changed from potato salad to canned corn. The ladies who came from the florist did the best they could but they did not even know how things at the alter were to be arranged. Members of the brides family were still trying to get alter arranges as guest were coming into the hall...EMBARASSED..........YOU BET.
Took $300 and claimed it was a "non-refundable" deposit when the contract I signed never said that. Failed to deliver services as promised. Do NOT trust or use them!
This florist shop showed us no professionalism.
They have never failed to get my flowers done in 10 years even when it is a last moment thing, be it prom wedding or funeral!
