Worse customer service ever. They have great products but thier service was bad. Told me that the couch we purchased would be delivered in the morning and it wasn't. Tried calling up there 20 times and couldn't get anyone on the phone and then Briana answered and told me that they were busy and would call me back. Never did. My wife went up there and they weren't busy and Briana told her that no one called her. Yeah right. Then all the sudden my couch showed up at 545 pm. Won't be buying at that location again. One of the seams came undone on the couch and the manager just laughed at me. Can't get corperate on the phone either. Worst shopping experience ever. Might have to take legal action now since they won't honor my warrenty.
My children and I visited the store seeking a bedroom set for on my teens. Customer Service was awesome. Sylvester and his staff are very courteous. They were going to deliver the same day but I choose a different day and it was delivered timely. My only complaint is I was not informed that I had to assemble the furniture myself. Assembly is a must. I've never had to do my own assembly. I suggest that prior to purchase this should be disclosed to the customer as well as maybe posting signs throughout the warehouse.
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERRR!!! Went in there with one of my girlfriends as a supportive friend and ended up buying a whole house worth of furniture and mattress!!! Sylvester (the manager) was truly amazing and was straight up about everything. You rarely see a manager lift a finger but he sure was very helpful!! I truly enjoyed this experience!!
Bought a set of living room furniture on my first stop by there just looking around. This place is rather simple when compared to other furniture stores In the areas when you consider the aesthetics of the building and showroom itself. But remember, the product is ultimately going to end up in your household, so who needs a fancy showroom anyways. I dealt with a gentleman named Sylvester smith, I recommend you ask for him next time you need to purchase furniture or are going to visit this American freight store, he is very professional and will help you select furniture that best fits your needs. This place has great prices and good quality products. I made my purchase about 30 minutes before they closed and Sylvester told me about the same day delivery, and sure enough I had my furniture setup by the delivery men in my living room no more than two hours later. 5 stars. Great customer service to these guys !!
Came in with my mom and we was looking for a full size bed set. But couldn't get no help and when we went looking for help they look at u like it crazy. Only one person was busy everybody else just sitting down not helping customers. I will never come back in there and will not refer anyone else to come in either
