Welsey Is a terrible sales representative he added a protection plan and other expenses without getting my approval then try to give me a price and later explain why. then i picked up my items and he forgot to give me multiple pieces of my order and when i came to pick up items he stated he didn't care and recommended i deal with another representative
I called this location to ask about how to purchase an item online and the associates told me that they didn't know anything about their website and how to order online. I was told to call 1-800 BADCOCK. I would think that a good associate would try to find a way to help me if they were interested in selling any items. I was able to make an online purchase with RoomsToGo. They were very nice and helped me through the whole purchase. I will never try to buy any furniture from this company again.
Friendly sales people. Wish they had more variety. No really different things than last year

I ordered my furniture almost a month ago and the day of my deliver I had to call them to see if my furniture was still on it's way for delivery and they claimed my furniture didn't show up even though I called that morning and a lady said it was ready for delivery that afternoon. So I didn't get my furniture the day I was supposed too and they told me it would take 4 more days to receive my furniture. So I am going to cancel my order completely and go somewhere else. They claim they tried to contact me but "they couldn't find my phone number." I don't understand how you loose my information as a client.
