We were greeted as we came in by very professional service. We waited on a specific saleswoman by the name of Bonita. She has helped us in the past. She greeted Us by name when she saw us and immediately asked what she could do to help us. She is very knowledgeable of the mattresses which we were looking for. She was able to help us find the mattress that we needed and the mattress that we wanted. We love going to Ashley Furniture and we love working with Miss Bonita, she has helped us find all of our furniture needs over the past few years. We will continue to come here as the service is phenomenal. I would like to say thank you to Ashley Furniture and Miss Bonita for all their help and service and time.
I had an amazing experience here! Brandi is absolutely wonderful! She answered every question (which was probably a thousand), she showed us every piece of furniture we wanted and made sure she told us the pros and cons of each. She made sure to listen to every concern we had about the furniture and helped us pick the best one for our new house! I definitely recommend going to Ashley’s!
Loved this store! Everyone was friendly and helpful! My sales associate, Cori Maxwell took the needed time with me to help me find my furniture and to suggest the best deal. Cori even did some "personal shopping" for me in the store to help me reach the best deal. I really appreciated his service and positive attitude and professional service.
Very impressed! Showroom was huge and nice to have majority of their furniture to see and feel. Great customer service with the girls in the back. Cori was very good and took his time with us to meet our expectations. Didn't feel rushed or like a nuisance and it was nice. He will be a great asset to the Warner Robins store and can't wait for it to open! I definitely recommend this store. :)
We had a great experience at this store. Priscilla helped us look for living room furniture with no pressure to purchase. The furniture is beautiful, the price is a bit steep but I know from experience Ashley furniture is GREAT quality.
