the front desk staff is horrible !! They had attitudes when me and my daughter walked in . They didn't greet us . They talked to me like I wasn't human ... very nasty && I will not be returning
So I went in for an inflamed gum on the left side of my mouth. I have my mama and 2 boys with me. My youngest is 3 and he's autistic. Once I was called back the nurse wasn't friendly by no means and was rude. My globally autistic 3year old was making noises that he does not being loud or anything and the nurse asked if I could send him to the waiting room! I said no he's autistic and this is what he does. Now I'm in the room, and my 3 year old is playing a game and baby babbling and again NOT being loud and as soon as the Dr walks in ask me to send him out! Now tell me this, what do they do when they get any kind of kids in weather they are special needs or not that act loud and misbehave BC they don't want to be there? Tell me that! Very rude! They need to learn how to have proper bedside manners and understand that not all children are the same and be understanding of the parent and child if they have any sort of special needs. I WILL not be going back.
The lady at the front desk is the WORST. I do not know her name, but she is the black lady with white hair. She's rude and tried to charge me more than I was supposed to be charged today. I try to avoid this location at all costs bc of that lady. I've been to other locations and all of the workers say the same thing about her. PLEASE fire this lady. She needs to go. There is nothing professional about her. She took 15 min to run my card when I needed to get back to work, but it went through after 2 minutes bc I checked my acct standing there. Once again...she NEEDS to go before she gets cussed out. This is the 3rd awful encounter that I have had with her. Other than that I LOVE the doctor's & nurses.
The black lady with the white hair has a terrible attitude. All the other receptionists have been decent and have been pretty polite.
It was not very busy when I got here. The Dr, Techs, and Admin were very friendly and really nice. My overall visit was less than 1 hour to include checking in, having my vitals done, getting my diagnosis, getting a solution to my diagnIsis, and checking out. Highly impressed.
