Excellent treatment, could not ask for better.
Horrible, wound care took 3 days to see my wife, so the nurses just did what they thought was right but ended up hurting my wifes incision. My wife had to use a wheelchair while in recovery and when it came time to transfer her from a dialisis chair to her wheelchair no one could figure it out, it took 6 people 2 hours and them taking the dialisis chair to the room so they can use a machine (wife weighs only 120). Dialisis is done in a room no bigger than a bathroom withe hoses that continually drain water, giving you the urge to urinate. Love the pt staff (look for Cora). Other than that good luck with help at night when you use the call button.
I do understand their reasoning for visitation hours. But this is only a rehabilitation service. This is not intensive care. Not everyone works day shift hours. Some of us are only to c ome evenings/nights. But they would rather keep family fr.patients then be more lenient on visiting hours. This is not a prison. If someone wants to visit or stay with a patient overnight then that should be allowed. Got the patients locked up like a damn prison. Ridiculous.
I haven't seen my lived one in over a week because of their ridiculous restrictive visitation policy.
Very nice people. Very clean. My husband was very happy with his stay there after his hip surgery and so was I. If anything, they do not keep the patients long enough. They have restrictions, but that is so they can do their work. I would go there anytime for rehab.
