My son is having a 6 hour hip surgery. They placed the hospital on a flu ban, that doesn't allow siblings under 12. We live three hours away. We weren't told about the ban until we arrived, this is after I asked yesterday and last week. Then rudely being kicked out the waiting area by a hospital employee with an attitude. This is something families with children having operations should be informed of.
My son had to have an endoscopy done Thursday morning. I had to be the most worried mom on the planet. The staff was the absolute best!! They did a wonderful job with everything. Each nurse/doctor was very informative and kept me updated with everything going on and relieved me from a lot of anxiety. I thank them for doing such a great job on the procedure and for all their help. Daelyn has been asking to go back to see them since then! :)
My son had two procedures done there. Everyone we talked to went above and beyond to be as nice and helpful as possible. The staff was amazing! It was the best experience I have ever had in a hospital. Thank you!!!
