So I don't went here on Friday for a name change. I had all appropriate documentation. After an hour of waiting I was told I did not have the right paper and was sent home. My husband called the manager. She apologized and said I should. It have been turned away since I had everything I needed. She gave me her number told me to come back Monday and call her when I got here. I did just that. Mind you I'm 8 months pregnant. When I got here they made me wait again cause the person I was supposed to see was on a conference call. Does no one else know how to do their job? This place is awful.
Good customer service...just the hours of operation is a problem for those of us who gets off at 4 p.m. I wish the office would consider adjusting their time until 5 p.m.
If I could give you negative stars I would this place needs to be cleaned out and replaced with professional that actually want to get things accomplished. This place is a JOKE
