I took an elderly veteran (87 years old) to the Veterans' Service Office. We received outstanding professional service from Ms. Coach during May 2017.
Waited for 30 minutes and no one in the waiting area gad been helped. I left.
Tina was very rude over the phone. I decided to just go into the VECTR in Warner Robins, I don't like being treated like I'm stupid just because I'm trying to get the correct information together before coming into your office, I'm sure you'd rather not have me waste your time if I don't have all the information I need, and I would rather not waste your or my time either. Instead her rudeness kept me from coming in at all. No sense in treating someone bad because you aren't happy yourself.
