I called to speak with the person who does the buying and appraising to see if I'd be able to trade in my car on a car on their lot, when I was asked where I was calling from and I told him where I worked (since I was using their phone) he literally went off on me saying we've been calling trying to sell him stuff but I had no idea, I just started at this place yesterday and I wasn't calling to sell him anything! If he would've taken a second to listen to me explaining that I'm not trying to sell him anything instead biting my head off and hanging up on me, he could've had a new customer. Screw him. I'll make sure EVERYONE knows how RUDE & DISGUSTING these idiotic people are. I have never been treated so badly when I'm looking to purchase something from someone. This place deserves to be shut down and lose all their business.
Visited Billy's Auto Sales looking for a truck told the salesman i had a limited budget and what i was looking for he went inside and came back out with keys to the perfect truck for what my needs were and fit the budget i was trying stay in the whole process took less than a hour and i was driving away in my new truck. I will be going back for any future auto purchases i make the staff there are wonderful and treat everyone like friends.
Me and my mom brought cars here and both the cars broke down and Billy's brother still expected us the paid for the broken cars.
