DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!! I got two vehicles from this place..First one, a Chevy Malibu( burgundy) wasn’t in the best condition, had 200,000 miles, but I needed a car fast and they will give you one with $500 down and spread the rest over a month with weekly payments as long as you got a job..I missed two payments totaling $160, paid it Sunday morning and they repoed my car Sunday night saying they didn’t know I paid it online and made me pay an additional $150 repo fee! I only had 3 months left to pay on the car! My stupid ass gets a Second one, a 2000 Lexus RX 300(silver) had 210,000 miles on it and they gave me $1500 for the Malibu so I took it! First day the button for the windows and door locks stopped working and they claimed they would fix it..took three weeks for them to break it even more and have my window stuck with about an inch and a half of space open..so of course bugs and water was getting in my car..to this day, it’s still broken! After that I told them my transmission was slipping..I had about a week left and my 30 day warranty was done so they had Lance the “owner” drive it to see what was wrong..he claimed everything was great..but I knew something wasn’t right..I go on vacation in Nevada for two weeks and didn’t pay my weekly car payment and they took my car in Nevada! I literally owed them $170 and they told me I had to pay $7,800 to get my car back because I was in Nevada and they don’t want to continue the contract so that’s the pay off price..These people will harass your references so if you do business with them put down fake ones! Lance “claims” they took my car because I was two weeks late and ignoring their calls..BUT Pam said they took it because it’s in the contract that I cannot take the vehicle out of Georgia! By the way, never found that in the contract! Who wants to talk to these people when their mouths are so smart and they are the most ghetto business and set of women that I’ve ever dealt with! There are other buy here pay here lots all around Macon..so if you can DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!! I wish I could give these bastards negative 5 stars but it makes you mark at least one..they don’t deserve any!!! Look out for that Lexus RX300(silver) cause I guarantee they are gonna sell it to the next victim as soon as they get it from Nevada..I wish I read these reviews before going there because they all are very true!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!!!
Unprofessional ghetto sales people. High down payments lots of repo cars in questionable condition. Not the budget auto sales I know when I bought a car in 06. If you are desperate enough then these folks are for you.
Not my first time dealing with Budget. They work with people on their down payment. I am pleased with everything have and am in the process of purchasing!!
please do not go to budget they are rude and I hated I wasted my money their. I bought a car from them first its stated to run hot took it back twice to be fix now my acura shake in the front they like they dont know what it is but they does I only had the car for 10 days as of this day im scared to drive the car because it can be any thing wrong with the car never buy a car from them.
The experience was horrible. Bought a car right off the lot and everything was wrong with it. Had to buy a new engine, new battery, new battery posts, alternator and starter. Pretty much rebuilt the entire car and still had to pay for it. I recommend people to never go there for sure
