By far the most professional staff I've had work on my auto. I've used many, many service departments over the years, but Bryan and the gentlemen in the service department made me feel welcomed, that they appreciated me as a customer.
They took the time to explain what was wrong and my options, never did I feel pressured or like I was an idiot for not knowing something.
I took my car in for service. I specified one of my tires was bad. .. when i return two dsys later to pick my car up.. they replaced two tires that really weren't bad and left the flat tire on my car. Wt? And my service provider ignored me and told me all my tires were bad. My bf and I had just inspected my tires one by one. I felt like i was taken advantage of. I refused to take my car with a flat tire. Plus sears has better tires and service at a cheaper price. Go to them if you can! I have worked on all my cars and make sure i know everything about them. I will not be taken advantage of. I hate i had this experience because i will not be returning. You are supposed to at least do what the customer asks. And they had the nerve to try to put air in the tire. The tire was completely bad!
