I actually was impressed by the customer service here. My car had some unique problem and while they didn't have loaner cars, my service agent literally called everywehere until she found me a rental car. None of them had cars nor accepted wright express, but she found me one, arranged me to get a ride with an awesome older gentlemen who drove very safely and was polite, and they picked me back up when I had to return the car from the Macon airport almost near warmer robin's. I buy all of our vehicles here. I personally know the owners. They have integrity and truly want the best for their customers. I would highly recommend Hutchinson Automall over any other dealer in town.
I worked for the company for 2 months and was let go for looking for another job. The company tried to withhold my last check for not signing the separation notice. They treated my like dirt and I do not recommend this company. Customer Service is poor. Not only was I treated like dirt my check was consistently being messed with. Again do not buy or work for this company.
I would not recommend this dealership. I get employee pricing and I had to call GMC to file a complaint. The salesman was nice and I felt bad that I couldn't buy the truck from him. I had to locate the truck they offers through a broker out of Detroit. The truck did not have the bedliner or the sunroof I wanted. Needless to say I did buy a new truck 2018 for less than the price of the 2017 they were trying to sell me. If your looking for a new car or truck go to Five Star GMC, Chevy and Buick. Ask for Mr Russell Christmas and tell him Monica sent you. He is a no hassle salesman and he is up front and honest. All of the finance people were very helpful and they appreciated my business.
I just had the pleasure of having my daughters Kia Soul serviced. The wait time was well under thirty minutes and they changed the oil, filter and topped off all of my fluids. Excellent service and quick! Great prices too.
