I have been going to Dr. Rantz for about 8 years now. He has been with me through spinal fusion and two types of cancer. He truly cares about each and every patient he has. He is not in it for the money he has a deep moral responsibility to care for his patients in the best way possible. You may have to wait a little longer than at other doctor's offices but when you are in the room with him you have his full and undivided attention. He gets to know you your situation and your family. He has even tried to help my husband find a job since he's been out of work. He is truly a gem sitting right in middle Georgia. Love ya Dr. Rantz!
Dr. Rantz is one of the best Doctors that I know. Not only he cares about your well-being he also cares about what goes on in your everyday life. He is very understanding. And knows they will be hard times and does anything he can to help out. I trust Dr. Rantz with my life. Thank you Dr. Rantz for your time and also I salute you for serving our country.
The doctor himself seems very intelligent and willing to help, but none of that does you any good considering you can never get ahold of his office. This complaint is not coming from one incident but three. The doctor put me on many different medications, and when I had some very troubling side effects I had to take matters into my own hands because for 2 weeks I could not get the office to answer my calls or emails. When I finally had my follow up appointment, I told Dr. Rants about what happened and he told me to email his office next time because they usually respond faster. It has been many weeks since that first incident and I nor the pharmacy have been able to get ahold of them since. I had to switch doctors because I became quite sick and couldn't make an appointment simply because the office yet again doesn't answer their phone or respond to messages. I have never had such an awful medical experience in my life. They try to make excuses but I honestly feel it's just laziness. The staff is also quite rude. 4 stars for Dr. Rants, zero for his office.
