My 14 year old daughter was given medicine and now she has severe memory loss. She doesn't remember family members, her birthday, how to get to her bedroom/bathroom, her grade level, etc. I left a message at Dr. Trasmonte office and I'm still waiting for someone to call me back.
Dr. Trasmonte is a wonderful doctor. Never rushes us and answers all our questions. A deduction for his office staff. They are friendly enough when you are there but...calling the office and reaching anyone is impossible. Getting a call back is difficult as well. All in all, we will tolerate the office just to see Dr. Trasmonte!
He has been a great Dr for my daughter! Been seeing him for years now! We live in Thomas County and it's well worth the drive!
My mom has been try get contact with him for my missed appointment last year in 2015-2016 and still have call her back
The dr is really good however the office staff needs some improving. My son was suppose to have some test done including a mri they scheduled it over a month out and the office staff never got the test prep approved by the insurance..so now we have to wait another month for his test..and you can never talk to anyone you just have to leave a message and hope they call you back
