Extremely nice staff and nicely renovated waiting area.
I had an appointment that I had to drive 30 minutes to get to, upon arrival I was told that my insurance was inactive which was false. I then called back and was told that the "system" they used is what they go back and they would have to contact their office manager who "handles that stuff" I then asked if they called to notify me of what they were showing she said no they do not call. They just check the day before and wait for the patient to make their way there. I find this system flawed, inefficient and lazy. I had to take time off from work for a 30 minute drive to be given wrong information with a nonchalant attitude. This is unacceptable. Will be going elsewhere. With this system I may be given wrong test results, who knows!
Awesome doctor. She took every measurement to find out exactly what was wrong with my daughter when she was sick. Highly recommend.
I recently had another incident in the office with the front office staff. She was totally unprofessional...yelling and being very rude as if she was in disgust when she had to talk with me. I felt uncomfortable and angry about how the front office staff treated me during my visit. This is the third time I've felt like I was being judge. The staff wad bias, unethical, and being judgemental, and unprofessional to the 3rd degree. I felt like the office manager said things just to make me feel better, but I don't think the issue was addressed or handle ethically. I love Dr. McKinley but some of her front office staff are unprofessional and with no customer service!!
