This place has become very unprofessional. I have been a victim of patient profiling and HIPAA violation. I was told that my health concerns and with the amount of time allowed could not get addressed because WellCare only allows 15 minute consults. So for everyone who has Wellcare do not go to the doctor to think you will get their time because you will not and you will be rushed out because Wellcare only pay the doctor for 15 minutes to be with you. Furthermore if you have more than one issue going on you will get a psych referral to see the mental health doctor because you have Bi Polar disorder, so basically it is not normal for someone to have more than one issue at hand going on and if they do then they are considered to be a nut. In addition to all that your health information and what you discuss with the doctor I thought was suppose to be between you and the doctor but it will get discussed with the secretary at the front desk also.

My mother needed prescription filled because the one she had been prescribed couldn't get filled because the manufacturer didn't have any at no pharmacy my mother and myself have been calling all day spoke with someone to get her another prescription sent to the pharmacy and they never sent it in and now she don't have any medicine for her blood pressure they need to be better when it comes to their patients because without patients you won't have a job I pray that my mom takes my advice and change her Dr. Because she goes through to much with this office.

They don't answer phone calls, if you wait for someone to answer you are told you are first in line then told 5 minutes later, you are second in line and so on,,,,,till you are eventually disconnected. Although the Dr''s are great! Mine is anyway,,, but nursing staff are iffy., some are very nice and others are rude. Front desk are too busy on there cell phones texting there family or friends, so good luck with that!

I see Nurse Practitioner Lanita James. She is very nice and takes plenty of time with me. Most of the office staff are friendly and helpful.

I took my mother to the ER. Why would the ER refer her to an office that doesn't even answer the phone? The machine kept saying "your call is first in line". Then it said my call was second in line! And finally, it disconnected my call at 6mins 26seconds!!! I thought I had hit something on my phone by mistake, so I called again. Same thing... I've got to find a doctor, nobody has time time for this nonsense... Zero stars, one star is waaay too much for this place.
