We came in prepared to buy multiple pieces of furniture and will be taking our business elsewhere.
The manager of the store has the worst report with customers of any salesperson I've met. He will try to sell you any piece of furniture regardless of its defective or not and lie about its quality. The entire store is definitely not up to the standards of Havertys nationwide and is quite an embarrassment to the chain itself.
Had a great experience with Calvin (sales rep)until we went to pay for our sofa and love seat set. $3000.00 was a great deal.We spent 2 hours looking at all the sectional couches and sofa love seats, locked in a deal and went to pay just to find out the set was sold after 30 minutes trying to figure out why the sofas were not in inventory. They wrapped and had these couches loaded and ready for us to head out with...We have never had something like this happen ever in a store. Very disappointed in the customer experience with this place.
