Great prices on items you may use everyday! Sale prices weekly just check the ads. The location is easily accessible to downtown. It would be nice to have a 2nd store on the other side of town maybe near Riverside or at Interstate 475.
Always find help when I am looking for a specific item. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
It is not a "sketchy" place. Very nice store and the employees are nice and polite and will stop what they are doing to help find something for a customer. The tools are fairly priced and they have a great return policy. My husband and I lived 60 miles away and went only a few times a year. But we got a lot of stuff every time. We love Harbor Freight.
I shop here regularly but today our cashier Jazmine was short, cold and acted as if she was doing me a favor by waiting on me.
We usually love HF but was a little annoyed with what appeared to be a manager not helping an elderly gentleman find what he was looking for.
