We bought a Kenmore washer from there a few years ago. The washer is now broken. Called to ask if we had bought the extended warranty and the guy who answered the phone said they don't keep records. I called back again and talked to a woman who also said they don't keep records. When I asked if they had gotten all of my information for fun when I bought the washer if they don't keep records, she miraculously brought up my information. Pretty incompetent people work here!
Purchased a convection oven and a dishwasher from this store and also got it installed. Store employees (not a subcontractor) installed my units and hauled the old ones off. They have called twice since then to make sure I was satisfied with the items purchased. Store also has a 14-day return policy in case you don't like the product. The installer also made a complementary trip afterward to make sure that the dishwasher wasn't leaking a the connection points.
Bought Refrigerator, received great deal, sales staff very knowledgeable, wife loves refrigerator, delivery guys were careful and professional.
