This Lowe's has a better selection of lumber and is more focused on contractor needs than the one on Zebulon road but has less selection of appliances.
Disgusting lack of customer service. Simply disinterested ... if you can't see it yourself, don't bother asking, otherwise you'll get a wise-cracking staff member .... this store is the worst hardware store you could lower yourself to go to. If i could give a negative rating, i would!!
Clean store. Easy access from the highway. BUT only one register open and lots of people in line at 4pm Monday.
Sometimes they don't have the experience necessary to serve their customers. An associate tried to "order" me a normally stocked door at twice the price of one that I subsequently purchased at another location. The level of experience was glaringly obvious. Maybe next time I will fare better with them.
Very helpful and friendly team, they load up your items into your vehicle. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Plus I got a huge discount on a freezer purchase, definitely recommend this particular store.
